The process of coming to terms emotionally to sell the family home of 56 years that I grew up in, was very difficult for me. The details of what it takes to make it all happen can make your head spin. Throw in the fact that we needed to move quickly due to a job change and find another residence in northern California was enough to make you want to run for the hills. Then, I found Liza. She listened, understood, and then deftly went to work. She found the perfect buyer that I felt would honor my mother’s memory and would have made her very happy. A young couple wanting to find a first home in Tarzana to be near their families, and the bonus…they were expecting their first baby in a couple of months! Liza was continually and immediately there for me whether by phone or in person. She even called another agent with Keller Williams in northern California to assist us in finding a home to rent! This kind woman drove us around the city showing us rentals that were spot on what we were looking for and we found it quickly. What a great organization that would be so connected in this way. Liza went the extra mile every time when something came up that had to be done even when I couldn’t be there…she was.
The bottom line is: I sold our home to a nice young family; the home sold first day and I got the asking price; I found another place to live, all the details were handled efficiently and professionally. I am very happy and fortunate to have met Liza and glad I chose her to be my real estate agent because I also consider her a friend.
